THANKS & GIVING GRAND OPENING MARKS WEST HARTFORDS NEWEST RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS
9/16/2009

Avon, CT (November 19, 2008) — Are brown paper grocery bags anyway to mark the opening of West Hartford’s newest luxury condominiums? With Mayor Scott Slifka, other town officials and developers cutting a ceremonial ribbon of brown paper grocery bags, Stonebridge Estate, at the corner of Farmington Avenue and Walbridge Road, officially opened. The brown paper bag was very much the theme of the day as developers and guests donated dozens of grocery filled bags to the West Hartford food pantry.

“While Stonebridge Estate marks the very best in West Hartford living, we wanted to dial back the pomp and dial in the giving during the start of the holiday season. So this is our way to say ‘Thanks’ to all those who made this project possible and to make sure we were still ‘Giving’ back to the community,” said Anthony Giorgio, Partner, The Keystone Companies.

Evoking the image of a Tudor mansion, Stonebridge Estate in West Hartford is home to only 16 distinctive one and two-bedroom condominiums. Stonebridge Estate name is chiseled in local history, once the address of Stoner Mansion. All residences feature hardwood floors, tile baths, granite countertops, custom cherry or maple millwork with stainless steel, energy efficient appliances. Stonebridge Estate features secured covered parking and a beautiful rooftop terrace for all to enjoy.
